Starting Solids Package -
Is your baby getting ready to start solid food? Are you new to the “baby-led weaning” feeding method? If so, this package is for you! The Starting Solids Package is designed to give you one-on-one, individualized support. It includes a 40 minute one-on-one video call consultation with one of our expert Registered Dietitians. We can discuss baby-led weaning fundamentals, appropriate food sizes, best practices during feeding time, or any other questions you may have. We will also build a game plan together to make sure you and your little one have a successful experience with food, which includes a customized meal plan for your little one’s first 30 days of solid foods that is tailored to YOUR baby based on your goals, needs, and preferences. In addition, you will receive a copy of the 100 Foods E-guide, which provides 100 foods that are safe and nutritious to feed a new eater and shows you HOW to offer them.

Starting Solids Package
Within 24 hours of purchase you will receive a short survey via email asking about your baby and family's unique needs, goals, and preferences. Once survey is completed, you will be sent a calender link to book a time for your one-on-one consultation with a feeding expert.
The 100 Foods E-guide will be available for download upon purchase. It is a digital file that can be saved to your device.
